Refund Policy
Hello,
We offer refund for purchases upto 14 days if the plugin does not work as it says.
We follow standard woocommerce practice for all of our plugins and services. We do NOT offer third party plugin/theme compatibility. If the plugin supports any other plugin, then it is mentioned on the plugin page itself. Refund for third party plugin not compatible – will not be considered.
If the plugin is anyhow not working on your site, then you will need to provide us your site’s admin or ftp details that are needed in order to fix it via support ticket. If we are still unable to fix it for you, then you will be provided refund as soon as possible and communicated for the same. However, failing to provide admin or ftp details or changing the mind after purchase, will not allow you for a refund.
The full amount refers to the amount that we have received after PayPal fees when offering a refund.
We do NOT offer refund if you “just change your mind” after purchase. We suggest you to try the free version before you buy paid version. This is why we have free version of every paid plugin.
